Property Company Of America is a Tulsa based and real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and brokerage of commercial, multi-family, and resort properties. Principals are Paul Hinch, Phil Hinch, and Grant Hinch.

The original entity was founded by Paul Hinch in 1968 as the southwest region of Lincoln Property Company. Property Company of America was established in 1984. Historically, PCA has acquired, developed and managed more than 35,000 multi-family units and over 8 million square feet of commercial properties valued at well over $2 billion.

With the ever changing real estate market, PCA has changed as well, shifting focus to enhancing property values by repositioning assets with physical improvements and maximized occupancies. This management expertise and market knowledge has proven to be a key element in PCA's success.
